Introduction
- Presentation of workshop objectives
- Introduction of participants
- Context of the energy transition in Switzerland
- Presentation of the challenges and opportunities associated with the energy transition
- Discussions on the importance of new skills
Sub-group workshop
- Breakdown of participants into small groups
- Identification of skills by sector (renewable energies, energy efficiency, resource management)
- Use of post-it to record skills on charts
Feedback
- Each group presents its results
- Discussion and adjustment of identified skills
- Use of a digital tool (such as a virtual whiteboard) to create a skills map
- Visualization of interconnections between competencies
Action plan and next steps
- Identification of actions to be taken to strengthen skills
- Discuss how to set up training courses and partnerships
