GROUPE FINANCE : back-to-school afterwork

Towards more equal leadership: reality and perception

We're delighted to invite you to our back-to-school afterwork!

Our discussions with ESCP's "Women In Finance" Chair have continued to inspire us this summer, and we invite you to meet Mounia Benchekroun, Coach and Sparring Partner, to discuss the issue of parity in leadership.

Today, women have access to all the formal aspects of equality.

In France, they even benefit from a favorable quota policy. Yet the obstacles to their access to positions of responsibility persist...

If in reality (legal reality...), women are the equals of men, people's perceptions on the subject are the result of a centuries-old, slowly evolving heritage. You can't change mentalities simply by changing laws.

What if, instead of waiting, we accelerated the movement?

And if change began with you...

We look forward to discussing this fascinating subject with you,

Delphine Lajoinie (MiM 04), Elisabeth Juan (MiM 08), Brigitte Geny (ESCP 87) and Ezio Dal Maso (EMBA 19),

Finance Group delegates.
