The Sport & Business Group is delighted to invite you to a round table discussion on "Leadership and performance : the contributions of top athletes to companies" on March 26, 2025.

A rich round-table discussion bringing together sport and business players :

Sofia Pace

Athlete in the 100m and 400m T38 and finalist in the 400m at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Member of the French para-athletics team.

Jean-Pierre Doly

Former HR Director/General Manager at Renault and Danone.

He advises on strategy, organization, management and HR in business and sport (soccer, cycling, athletics, swimming, judo, etc.).

He teaches a Master's degree at the STAPS de Nanterre and taught at ESCP for 15 years.
He has written two books, L'accordeur de talents (Dunod) and Sport et Entreprise Managers de talents (Solar).

The round table will be rounded off by another top sportsman and a company manager.
