Romain Marchand has been appointed partner in the Infrastructure, Energy, Natural Resources and Projects practice of Hogan Lovells France, in this position since January 2025. He is responsible for working alongside sponsors, financial investors, lenders, multilateral institutions, industrialists and entrepreneurs on all aspects of their projects (project development, structuring, financing and M&A) in the infrastructure, energy (conventional and renewable) and energy transition sectors, in France and internationally.
