Adélie Louvigné has been promoted to partner at KEELS Avocats, a position she has held since February 2025. Adélie reports directly to Laurent Partouche-Sebban, Managing Partner. She is responsible for assisting French and international groups with their day-to-day tax issues, as well as with their internal reorganization/restructuring projects. She also advises investment funds on the tax aspects of private equity transactions (audit, vendor due diligence and structuring), as well as private equity teams.
Adélie Louvigné has been appointed Tax Attorney at KEELS Avocats, in this position since May 2019.
