Philippe Maesen has been appointed Head of CSR at TFF Group, a position he has held since February 2025. Philippe reports directly to Jérôme François, Chairman of the Management Board. He is responsible for structuring and energizing the Group's CSR approach in line with its "Transform for a fair future" program. In particular, he is in charge of setting up a carbon trajectory for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Philippe Maesen has been appointed Head of CSR at TFF Group, a position he has held since February 2025. Philippe Maesen, who holds a degree in CSR from AFNOR (2022) and a bachelor's degree in environment and quality from ESCP Business School (1998), has had the following career path:

* 2025: TFF Group, CSR Manager

* 2022 - 2025: Safran, CSR Manager

* 2017 : 2022 : Vivendi, Environmental reporting coordinator and CSR auditor

* 2010 : Bolloré Logistics, CSR Manager
