Be our guests, get inspired by new ideas and knowledge, meet your former fellow students, and take the opportunity to network.

This year, our day programme is focused on Intercultural Negotiations. A famous quote says that “In Business you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.” As many ESCP Europe alumni are concerned with intercultural negotiations and cross-cultural management situations every day, this event aims  at sharing profound knowledge and experiences between all participants. Hence, the conference provides you with academic input from our professors, a panel discussion with experienced and succesful professionals from different sectors and regions and an afternoon workshop session including a Business Simulation Game.

The day programme will be closed off by a speech and discussion about the Cultures for Business Strategy by our Dean Professor Frank Bournois followed by a reception, where you will have the opportunity to get to know our current  ESCP Europe students.

In the evening you will once again have the possibility to network and meet your friends and former fellows in a relaxed atmosphere when we meet for dinner in the Münzsalon, an inspiring Berlin location. To cover food and drinks we are asking for a charge of €95.00 per person for the whole event. Early-bird rate of €80 is available until December 22.
