The ESCP Delegates Team Event.is excited to host a roundtable discussion on the topic:

                                                                Dare to make changes! 
 
From relocating to a foreign country, to starting a family, or shifting career paths, our panelists have done it all!
Published authors, they share their journey & reflections on their experiences & learnings through their books, inspiring many around them to "dare to change" and question behaviours, norms and roles in society. 
 
They will share their stories, their fears and joys, and how making these changes have empowered them & shaped not only their lives but also their identities.

About our guest speakers:
 
ISABELLE AUROUX: Alumni from the MEB 2000 at ESCP, and following 15 years at Krauthammer firm, Isabelle has founded the consulting firm LIGHTUP. Consultant, Coach & Speaker, she guides companies in creating humanely productive & truly inclusive cultures with change management and engagement at its heart. 
 
She is the author of "Bulles de vie: respirer enfermée". Written during COVID confinement, Isabelle explores themes of motherhood, freedom, identity, distance, solitude and invites the reader to a journey of self-discovery, offering reflections on life that resonate with universal experiences.
 
DOMINIQUE BARRAL: Alumni from ESSEC, Dominique Barral is a former Senior Vice-President at Procter & Gamble where she held positions in France, Spain, Singapore and Switzerland over her 30-year career. She acts now as an independent consultant, board member of a small company, and mentor for Start-Ups and women.
 
Committed to helping others find their own path, Dominique is the author of the book "Career & Family, What an Adventure!" that tackles the complex and often challenging intersection and balance between demanding careers and family life, particularly for women in a still normative society. Dominique shares her experience and practical advice not only through her book but also in events at multinationals and associations.
