Abou Lagraa's Wonderful One is an ode to the contradictions of desire, so that, through dance, we can become wonderful beings, truer than real, more real than real.

This work, created in 2017 to the title of Jimmy Page's song Wonderful One, is a vibrant hymn to the freedom of bodies and gestures, with the aim of staging a dance that is at once very charismatic and very real.a dance that is both very carnal and imbued with spirituality, set to the vocal volutes of Monteverdi (Le combat de Tancrède et de Clorinde) as well as Oum Kalthoum and Sister Marie Keyrouz. What diversity!

In this piece, the worlds of women and men are destined to merge within each individual, in a voluptuous reconciliation!
