Four leading professionals will speak on this theme: - Commissioner Colonel Emmanuel LEGENDRE of the Etat-Major des Armées, and Mr. Xavier-André LALY, partner at LASCE Associates, will address the issue of aligning players with the outsourcing strategy, using the specific case of the clothing function, which covers the effects and equipment of armed forces personnel. - Mr. Patrick LE VAILLANT, Commercial Director of VEOLIA Environnement, and Mr. Jean-Luc JACQUOT, UTCE Director of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group, will discuss the dynamics and levers of an outsourcing contract, using the case study of a global service provided by VEOLIA on behalf of PSA.
