"Feminine management and women's well-being"
Thursday March 19th at 7pm
Today, more and more women have access to management positions, and we have strong ambitions that we fully assume!
Despite this, many women question their ability to manage a team or perform financially.
However, our evening will be filled with success stories to remind us that it is possible to be a mother and a company director, a hospital director and a manager of thousands of staff.pital and manage thousands of staff, general manager in industry, Professor of Medicine and hospital department head, international coach, founder of an innovative start-up ...
So what's so special about women's management? How can we highlight the uniqueness of each individual? How can we overcome both personal and societal obstacles? How do these women work every day to improve our well-being? What advice do we have for good health (prevention, nutrition, physical exercise...) and for helping other women to take care of themselves, helping them to break the spiral of stress and isolation?
Our keynote speaker, Madame Claire MOUNIER VEHIER, Professor of Cardiology at the Faculty of Medicine and Head of the Vascular Medicine and Hypertension Department at the LilleCHRU de Lille, and author of the book "Mon combat pour le cœur des femmes" (My fight for women's hearts), will present her fight to prevent cardiovascular disease in women.
