After an initial "optimizing and energizing" event last December, the Managers Dirigeants group is offering a new rendezvous on TUESDAY JUNE 17, 2014 for an afterwork event starting at 7:30pm at Wine By One, 9 rue des Capucines, a stone's throw from Place Vendôme and Rue de la Paix.

Our guest speaker, Delphine Buisson*, will be speaking on the theme: "CO-Operation, CO-Development, CO-Invest, CO-Working, CO-Voiturage... Corporate life in the CO era".

More than just a fad, the "co-attitude" is permeating all the company's major departments: R&D, HR, IT, Marketing, Governance and Finance. The collaborative approach calls into question the very notion of power (access, use, meaning) and is transforming leadership practices.

* For 15 years, Delphine Buisson was Financial Director and then General Secretary of Groupe Maxiam, a central purchasing and service provider for independent furniture and decoration retail networks. Since 2013, she has been General Secretary of Alliance Eurus, the 2nd largest group of independent accounting, auditing and consulting firms in France.
An expert in customer relations and a keen runner, Delphine Buisson also runs conferences and workshops on the themes of "Talking to customers" and "The art of running your life". She also teaches Relational Excellence at ESCP Europe in the "Leading & Motivating" Stege.
