Villa Flora - Enchanted times

"Villa Flora", an Impressionist and Post-Impressionist private collection at the Musée Marmottan, Tuesday November 3, 1:45pm

The Musée Marmottan-Monet is dedicated to showcasing masterpieces from the most prestigious private collections. The remarkable collection assembled by Hedy and Arthur Hahnloser between 1906 and 1936 to decorate their home, Villa Flora, near Zurich, is presented for the first time in France. Nearly 80 masterpieces by Bonnard, Cézanne, Manet, Manguin, Matisse, Marquet, Renoir, Vallotton, Vuillard and Van Gogh will travel outside Switzerland, and Paul Marmottan's mansion, the Villa Flora, will be on show for the first time in France.Paul Marmottan's mansion will be the setting for a temporary exhibition of the exceptional Hahnloser-Bühler collection.
