International Commission
La Commission "International" contribue à la stratégie de l'Association en matière de développement et d’animation du réseau à l’échelle mondiale, en se concentrant sur trois axes :
- Expansion internationale : accompagner le déploiement de l'animation du réseau ESCP Alumni dans les différents pays.
- Renforcement des communautés hors de France : créer et soutenir des initiatives qui renforcent les liens entre alumni à l'international.
- Rayonnement global : promouvoir la visibilité et l’influence de l'Association dans nos villes campus, en Europe et dans le reste du monde.
La Commission "International" aide le Conseil d'Administration à traiter les questions liées à l’internationalisation du réseau et veille à la mise en œuvre de ses décisions pour renforcer la cohésion globale.
Les membres de la Commission sont choisis pour leur expertise dans les affaires internationales et leur connaissance des enjeux multiculturels. La Commission met en place des projets spécifiques pour soutenir l’intégration des Alumni à travers le monde et propose des initiatives pour dynamiser le réseau international.
Ses enjeux et ses actions sont transverses avec les autres commissions existantes.

Odile is an Executive Coach, a Training Facilitator and Speaker who works
with executives and managers, mainly in Europe, Africa and the USA.
She is based in Miami & Paris and has lived and worked in France, USA
and Senegal with intensive assignments all over Europe and Africa. Her
extensive experience has exposed her to a variety of work environments
and cultures.
Known for her dynamism and her communicative and positive attitude,
Odile is very results-oriented. Her clients often say she illuminates and
reenergizes their day. She has a passion for developing positive leadership
and well-being in the business environment, as well as discovering new
resources and talents. She successfully helps her clients reach their
professional and personal targets by unleashing their full potential.
She holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe #2 best Executive MBA
Worldwide Financial Times ranking . She is also a NeuroLeadership
Institute certified Coach and holds other coaching certifications in
Emotional Intelligence. She has a passion for women empowerment and
positive leadership. She is a certified Coach Supervisor with EMCC
accreditation and Board member of ESCP Business School Alumni
Association.
Prior to being a coach, Odile worked during 20 years in multinational
companies. She successfully managed several International teams and
held different management positions in IT projects (SAP), Supply Chain,
Sales & Marketing.
She has coached Executives at OCHA, IAEA, UNDCO, UNFPA, WFP,
UNHCR,UNAIDS, UNV and UNWOMEN.
She also has many Private customers in different sectors : Foundations
and Associations, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Luxury, Education,
Chemical, Information Technology, Consulting, Media and Entertainment,
Sport régulation.
