Rafael Bence has been promoted to the position of Sales Manager, Leisure Markets France for Air France, a position he has held since December 2024. Rafael reports directly to Hervé Kozar, Corporate Sales Director. He is in charge of a new department dedicated to the entire leisure segment on the French market. It brings together the teams in charge of online agencies and those in charge of tour operators, cruise operators and groups.
Rafael Bence has been appointed Head of leisure & online travel agencies sales French market for Air France, in this position since November 2021. Rafael Bence, who holds a master's degree in international project management from ESCP Business School (2017) and ESTACA (2016), has completed the following career path:
