Clément Lamolinerie has been appointed Managing Partner of La Maison de Motier Ventures, a position he has held since March 2025. Clément reports directly to Guillaume Houzé, Chairman and Founder. He is responsible for identifying and supporting future innovation leaders. He is also Director of La Maison, a 1,800m² facility dedicated to start-up founders and their ecosystems.
Clément Lamolinerie has been appointed Managing Partner of Financière Saint-James, in this position since September 2016. Clément Lamolinerie, who holds a master's degree in finance from ESCP Business School (2009), an engineering degree in management from ENSAT (2008), and a master's degree in accounting and finance (2008), has completed the following career path:

* 2016 - 2025: Financière Saint-James, Managing partner

* 2009 - 2016: Creadev, Private Equity Investment Director

* 2025: Motier Ventures, Managing Partner, responsible for La Maison
