Capucine Pêtre-Spassky has been appointed Director of Environmental and Societal Transformation at Ecole Polytechnique, in this position since May 2024. Capucine reports directly to Laura Chaubard, General Manager. She is responsible for structuring and steering - in liaison with all stakeholders - the environmental and societal transformation strategy of Ecole Polytechnique, across each of the school?s three structuring pillars: teaching, research and innovation, capitalizing on actions already undertaken (climate plan, formalized in 2021, equal opportunities plan). She will also ensure the consolidation and deployment of the School?s decarbonization plan, in line with the Paris Agreement, as well as its SD&RSE master plan.
