Charlotte Delmas has been promoted to chief operational performance officer & regional chief operating officer Europe of Lagardère Travel Retail, in this position since July 2024. Charlotte reports directly to Chairman and CEO Dagí-Inge Rasmussen. She is responsible for driving operational excellence and quality in retail and foodservice operations across the Group, to reinforce Lagardère's position as a recognized market leader in customer service and in-store execution.
