Pierre-Laurent Seguin has been promoted to Director in Interpath Advisory France's Value creation practice, a position he has held since October 2024. Pierre-Laurent reports directly to Charles Durand, Managing Director and head of the Value creation practice. He is in charge of the Transformation and Social Strategy offering within the Value Creation division. He works with COMEX, General Management and HR departments on transformation projects (restructuring, carve-outs, acquisitions, mergers), integrating strategy, legal, finance, communications, labor relations and crisis management.
