David Bourla joined Knight Frank France at the end of 2017 as Chief Economist & head of Research.

He oversees the development of studies covering the entire French real estate market and its asset typologies, supporting the expansion of Knight Frank's various business lines.

He holds a Master's degree in geography and a DESS postgraduate diploma in urban planning and development from the Institut Français d'Urbanisme.nagement from the Institut Français d'Urbanisme, he began his career as a researcher and trainer with Knight Frank.tudes et de formation au réseau des chambres françaises de commerce et d'industrie, then spent 12 years as an analyst and then director of the Studies and Research departments at two other commercial real estate consultancies.
