With a degree from the ESSCA business school and a specialization at the Institut Français de la Mode, Clémence's career path is a cross between product and marketing.
After several years as Product Manager and then Marketing Director for various brands, she initiated and led the repositioning of the Bocage brand and has been accompanying its strategy for the past 10 years. Three years ago, together with the Bocage teams, she imagined and designed the brand's new circular economy project, and is piloting the rental, second-hand and shoe repair projects.

After a Master's degree in Communications, Chrysoline joined the Marie Claire Group as a Community Manager. In 2011, with two partners, she created a brand of made-to-measure bow ties made in France. In 2014, at the age of 28, Chrysoline de Gastines co-founded the women's and children's fashion brand Balzac Paris, which in just a few years has become the benchmark for the responsible fashion market.

After a career in fast food, mass retail and retail, Delphine joined Petit Bateau, a Groupe Rocher brand, in 2015 as Regional Director for Ile-de-France. She then moved on to Retail Management positions in France, then in Europe, before being appointed Director of Strategic Projects in 2020. To support the company's transformation towards a model that contributes to the challenges of sustainable development, Petit Bateau is creating a CSR Department in October 2021 and entrusting it to Delphine.

After majoring in Finance at ESCP, Joël began his career at Essilor in Asia, in management control (97-99). On his return to France, and after a spell with Accenture (99-2000), he joined Grey Interactive, a digital agency that became Fullsix, and was subsequently acquired by Havas until 2003. From 2004 to 2006, he joined the family business, Natalys, until it was sold. From 2007 to 2012, he returned to Fullix as a partner. Since 2012, he has been Deputy Managing Director at A.P.C..

A graduate of the École supérieure de commerce in Reims, then of the Ecole supérieure de journalisme in Lille with a specialization in radio, Chloé has been working as a journalist since 2015.
She has worked for various media, such as France Inter, RTL, RFI, Le Parisien, and covers fairly broad themes around the economy and societal issues, including topics related to the environment and sustainable development. In 2018, she launched Nouveau Modèle. A positive podcast, to show that there are solutions, alternatives to fast-fashion (disposable fashion) and women committed to moving the lines of this industry.
